Miniature Mobiles in Steel with Jessie Avant Smith
In this exciting new mobiles workshop with Charlotte-based artist Jessie Avant Smith, learn the classic art of kinetic sculpture by creating a combination of both flat and formed shapes hanging in perfect balance. Learn hand piercing sheet steel using a jeweler’s saw, forming steel wire, and preparing and applying patina and metal finishing. Beginners are welcome.
