Renee Ford

Renee Ford is a full-time studio jeweler and adult life long metalsmith living in Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1991 with a BA in 2-D Studio Art (concentrations in Painting and Drawing). She studied Metalsmithing in graduate school also at EIU creating a body of figurative hollowware. In 1994, she opened Blue Moon Jewelry Designs, a fine jewelry store in Eugene, Oregon. She currently makes her own hand fabricated, engraved and cast jewelry, world travel teaches a variety of metalsmithing and jewelry techniques and creates high end contract work for several Nashville designers. She lives with her musician husband and their army of 5 cats.
