Glass

I’ve been creating stained glass since 1982, when I learned the craft working side by side with my father. Our family operated two stained glass studios, where we taught classes, mentored students, and completed custom and repair work throughout South Florida.

We taught at Homestead Air Force Base, MiamiDade Community College, in our retail studios, and through private instruction. Our classes ranged from beginner fundamentals to advanced techniques, including lamps, boxes, decorative soldering, and techniquefocused workshops.

Over the years, our work included notable custom pieces for Don Strock of the Miami Dolphins, as well as stained glass gifts created for the seven stars of the Miami Vice television series. I take special pride in designing 2 original threedimensional stained glass trophies for a Ladies Professional Racquetball tournament in South Carolina, created as part of a benefit supporting ovarian cancer awareness.

I specialize in the copper foil method and have worked continuously with stained glass for over four decades. Teaching and creating stained glass isn’t just something I do — it’s a lifelong passion that I practice grounded in craftsmanship, technique, and thoughtful design.
