Please review all registration and refund policies carefully. Class size is limited, and our offerings often fill several weeks before their start date. We recommend that you register as early as possible to ensure your seat.

Sawtooth may cancel, combine, or reschedule classes in response to enrollment changes. Additionally, class instructors may be subject to change as needed. If a class is canceled for any reason, each registered participant will be informed via email as soon as possible. Participants can transfer to another class, keep their credit, or be refunded their full tuition.

If you’re a student wishing to withdraw from a class, please advise Sawtooth within 14 days before the class start date. Refunds and credits cannot be made after this deadline.

If a student withdraws 14 days or more before the class start date, the registration fees are refundable, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Alternatively, students can choose to receive a credit for the full registration fee, which can be applied toward another class or workshop.

Credits can be used for future class registrations for up to one year from the original class cancellation date and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you wish to transfer credits to another student, please notify Sawtooth by emailing registrar@sawtooth.org. Note that the original expiration date will still apply to any transferred credits.

Memberships are non-refundable as they are considered a donation to the school.

Camp Sawtooth
registration policies

As a nonprofit with limited resources, we carefully plan classes, purchase supplies, and coordinate staffing based on registration numbers. Last-minute cancellations and transfers make it difficult to allocate resources effectively and can impact the experience for all campers.

Camp Sawtooth cancellations or class transfers MUST occur before FRIDAY, MAY 23, 2025, and will incur a $20 processing fee. No refunds are available after this date. To withdraw from a class, contact our Registrar at registrar@sawtooth.org or 336-723-7395.

Transfering between Camp classes will incur a $20 fee if made on or before May 23, 2025, regardless of the reason. Transfers after this date will not be honored.

During Camp, classes may be canceled or combined based on enrollment, and instructors may change. Participants will be notified by email of any cancellations and credited accordingly.
