NEW! 540. Glass Sculpture without Mandrels
Learn to work with soft glass in 3-dimensions as you explore sculpting off mandrel in this fun class for students with previous 104COE glass beadmaking experience. Build 3-dimensional sculptures using glass at the punty. Mandrels will not be used during the course of the class. Use Moretti soft glass and explore techniques for sculpting small creations with style, and not being constrained to creating beads or on mandrel. Students should already have taken the Beginning Glass Beadmaking class and be comfortable working with glass in a torch flame. Most materials included; optional materials discussed in class. Previous soft glass experience required.
