Introduction to Tunisian Crochet
Discover the many uses of Tunisian crochet. Once thought only suitable for blankets and throws, we now use this technique for just about anything—including color work. It is a fast way of working since unlike knitting and ordinary crochet, you do not turn your work. It is also easier on your hands and wrists since the crochet hook isn't turned as much.
This class will cover the basic Tunisian crochet stitch, variations, increases and decreases, different cast-on options, Tunisian crochet in the round, and the different applications of the technique.
Participants get to choose from a wide variety of projects.
Prerequisite: able to work single crochet
