Intro to Off Camera Flash
There are no photographs without light. Photography is about 'writing with light' and in this workshop you become the author. Learn how to see a scene and bring in light that is complementary or dramatic depending upon your settings/power/modifier. In this foundational class we will cover the basic, subtle lighting adjustments that transform photos.
In this two Saturday workshop you will learn how a photograph’s look and feel are influenced by the size, shape, and placement of its light source. This workshop will give you the confidence to incorporate small portable flash in your photography toolkit. Students will use Sawtooth flashes and wireless triggers for in class demonstrations and practice.
