Print and Embellish: Block Printing on Fabric
Using a variety of shapes, fabrics and textile paints and dyes, students will explore color, line, texture and layered designs. In this workshop, we build simple printing blocks and use found printing objects for designs on fabrics, then add lines with a variety of threads and stitches to make small compositions. Students will walk away with several unique pieces.
